In order to strengthen the exchange and interaction of lean learning among companies, the output line plans to take the establishment of QCC activities and OEE indicators as the entry point for the Lean activities of subsidiaries, and plans and organizes corresponding on-site communication activities.
On the morning of August 5, the communication and promotion meeting of cable production was held in the conference room of Nanjing wasin fujikura. Huang Fei, general manager of cable production and outgoing line manufacturing center, Zhang Chenglong, deputy general manager of wasin fujikura, Yang Yang, deputy general manager, Lin Jing, general manager of consulting partner Aiborui Shanghai company, and key colleagues of manufacturing center and wasin fujikura attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Lin Jing exchanged and shared the lean full value chain management under the business thinking around the current economic environment, the objectives and essence of enterprise operation and the concept of lean management. At the same time, he introduced and exchanged the implementation content, implementation planning ideas and achievements of the lean manufacturing project of production line.
Then, general manager Huang Fei of the manufacturing center trained everyone on the basic knowledge of OEE. In the process, he shared experience in combination with the OEE data sources, objectives and historical data of the manufacturing center. The manufacturing center has defined the support of various businesses for OEE improvement through policy and objective management, comprehensively established key improvement topics, and comprehensively and systematically constructed the OEE improvement management system.
After understanding the current situation of lean implementation in the manufacturing center, the two sides discussed the understanding of lean and the difficulties encountered in the promotion. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the introduction of lean concept and how to use lean methods and tools to improve the supply chain domain.
Lin Jing stressed that the implementation of lean varies with different corporate cultures. There is no shortcut to lean implementation. Enterprises need to combine their own experience and use professional methods and tools to build their own lean operation system is the long-term way.
Yang Yang indicated that lean will be integrated into the work and standards, and eventually return to the daily work, whether it is proposal improvement, QCC activities or OEE implementation. In this process, the most important thing is everyone's understanding and recognition of the concept. The implementation process is lasting. Only by adhering to it can we reap the results of lean.
Finally, Huang Fei concluded that the increase in the intensity and frequency of leaders' participation in the activities of front-line employees undoubtedly has a more incentive effect on the morale of employees. While launching the front-line, the company also needs to build a professional platform, start from the overall situation, systematically consider the introduction of Lean concepts and tools and methods, and adjust measures to local conditions. The cable output line will also help the subsidiaries to promote the implementation of lean work in combination with practical problems.
